This fun and magical microsite was created for Warner Brothers to aid promotion for the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire movie. The idea was to create a following to the darker side of the movie and rally support for Lord Voldemort. Apart from offering small teasers about the movie, the immersive site allowed users to find small “Dark Parcels” which contained items users could use to show their support. These included Buddy Icons and Wallpapers. It also contained a viral campaign allowing users to send a “Dark Secret” to a friend.
The site won Adobe Site of the Day in 2006 and was created at Lightmaker. I was responsible for the design from sketch book to launch. This included illustrations, post production, Flash design and the CG Grave Yard environment. The CG Campsite environment and Actionscript are credited to the 3D and Technical team at Lightmaker.
